Often overlooked yet at the center in the fight against environmental racism, the LMC spends the hour with Jayson Porter and Yoalli Rodriguez on the Afro-Mexicano struggle for social and environmental justice. Jayson Porter is a PhD candidate of Mexican environmental history @ Northwestern University in Illinois and Yoalli Rodriguez is a PhD candidate in Latin American Studies @ the University of Texas in Austin.
