So the LMC decided to take back the narrative by dedicating this episode to the artistic legacy of El Salvador’s greatest artist, Fernando Llort. For this show, we speak with Salvadoran artist Veronica Melendez and Kimberly Benavides. They are the co-creators of La Horchata Zine, a seasonal publication dedicated to Salvadoran artists and poets in Washington DC.
