  1. I had a girlfriend who was an immigrant from Ecuador. She and her family left Ecuador in 1994. Ecuador was in a bad financial mess then and it continues to this day. 1996-2006 was a chaotic time for Ecuador and Lasso is part of a long line of failed leaders for the country
